The Hapdong Theological Seminary is located
in the city of Suwon, about
22 miles south of Seoul, South
Korea. The campus, snuggled
at the foot of a small mountain,
provides an atmosphere of quietness,
peacefulness, and devotional
spirit. The seminary is located
between the Suwon Higher Court
and Ajou University's Medical
Center(Hospital). The main building
and dormitary create a harmony
with the natural beauty of the
campus. No one has disliked
the campus once they have visited.

The seminary emphasizes scholarship and
devotion. We take pride in our
low faculty-student ratio. Currently,
the seminary maintains a l:l3
ratio. The seminary operates
only graduate level theological
education. The seminary wants
to produce highly qualified
future pastors for the Korean
Church. For devotional training,
all freshmen are required to
live in the dormitory at least
for a year. The dormitary can
house 200 students. It is always
full because we work to offer
superb living conditions. Noting
that the seminary has 240 students
total, almost the entire student
body interacts with each other
in the dormitary.

will continue their studies
in the doctoral program. More
funds will be added for this
purpose. Currently, the seminary
is supporting 4 doctoral students
with $600-650 per month.
